Free Shipping
All eligible free shipping orders will travel either by USPS Priority Mail or FedEx Ground at Whiteheads discretion. Free shipping only qualifies for orders shipped within the lower 48 contiguous United States.
Any item that cannot ship via FedEx Ground will not qualify for free shipping. Certain characteristics that deem an order ineligible include:
- Orders totaling in a weight over 70 lbs
- Item(s) that cannot be shipped within a single package measuring more than 96 inches in length
- Any item(s) that create a package with an excessively large size-to-weight ratio or unusual dimensional weight calculation
- Any item deemed an Air Hazardous Material by UPS or FedEx
- Non-stock special order items
Whitehead Industrial reserves the right to notify the customer of any such exception. Items that require Freight & Truck Line delivery do not qualify for free shipping unless specifically noted.
Freight Line Deliveries & Large/Bulky Items
Whitehead Industrial carries a wide array of large commercial grade tools & accessories. Many of these larger items are ineligible to ship standard UPS and require special shipping arrangements. All free shipping promotions apply only to items eligible to ship via UPS Ground and FedEx Ground.
If a freight line item is eligible for free shipping, the delivery address must be a registered commercial address with the lower 48 United States. Any address deemed residential will be subject to additional handling charges per the carrier. Please contact us directly if your scenario requires freight line delivery, as we will gladly provide you with an accurate freight estimate.
Any item on www.whiteheadindustrial.com can be deemed large/bulky based solely upon our shipping department’s discretion.
Post Office Boxes
Orders shipped to Post Office Boxes may only travel via Postal Service.
Signature Required Shipments
To help combat fraud and stolen packages orders valued over $150 will require a signature upon delivery.
