All eligible orders may travel via UPS, USPS, or FedEx - at Whitehead’s discretion. Certain characteristics that deem an order ineligible include:
- Any order that totals in weight over 70 lbs
- Any item(s) that creates a dimension greater than 36”
- Any unreasonably fragile or deemed HAZMAT inventory
*Orders received by noon EST are guaranteed to ship same day. Any order received after noon EST will be fulfilled as quickly as possible on a first-in, first-out basis. **Long handle tools, pipe, ladders, fluorescent bulbs, plastic sheeting, and similar over sized items do not qualify. **Will and can always ship UPS or FedEx Collect if or when preferred.
